The Screening!

Having sat through large screenings of my work before (pfff, what an arrogant twat!)... actually only once before, I knew I was going to cringe at every moment I knew could have easily been better - So cringed through most of it. For example the lack of music at key moments in the narrative like when 'Pinky' dies.

Knowing exactly ehat music should go in these places, and remembering that what actually stopped it going there was merely time constraints and organisational errors is hugewly frustrating - but hey ho.

We aimed (and preyed) to get at least the one idiot in the audience (who laughs at everything), to laugh. To Dave and I's ecstatic amazement, the idiot (who shal remain nameless), was not the only one to break out the odd giggle. The only bad thing about that 99% fantastic moment, was that Paul and Hannah were not there to share in the one moment we, (or at least I), were building up to throughout the production. But again, hay ho; they were pleased to know what happened by word of mouth at least.

Lets try and get DVD of all these sorted. Make any alterations to your films (e.g. the quality-but-silent animation group), and maybe with Super Glyn - 'The Organisational Compilation Tape-Building Mastermind's input, we can all take home a wikid late Christmas pressie for the folks.

See you soon,
Love Willy xox
